Girl time anyone? YES PLEASE!

I'm gonna laugh as I am typing this but, can I let you in on a little secret about me? I am truly an introvert at heart. I know! I know! Settle down. You can't believe it but it's true, I like to be home in the cut! HOWEVER, I LOVE getting together with amazing women to laugh, talk, share and learn. I like to think that conversations over some good food can be the answer to world peace. LOL.. maybe not, but it could be the very thing that you need to start, stop, pivot or to keep going.

Over the years as I have coached women, I have learned that the best breakthroughs happen when the moments are lowkey with no agenda or expectations. Change happens when we are comfortable, safe, heard and just allowed to BE!

I would you love for you to join me for some Girl Time. This will be a lowkey (but fun) opportunity for us to bring our online community offline.
